Check-in management made easy with Arhon

Your guests can now indicate their preferred arrival time directly in the online check-in email they receive before their stay.

🔎 How does it work?

  1. Your guests receive the usual online check-in email
  2. They choose their arrival slot from your available times
  3. The choice is automatically integrated into Arhon:
  • in the Arrival time field of the booking
  • on the Today’s arrivals widget
  • in the booking window from the calendar

⚙️ Settings

  • The slots offered to your guests already correspond to your usual opening hours, as they appear on your booking engine
  • If you request the arrival time on certain platforms (e.g. Booking.com), the information is also automatically imported into Arhon.
  • This feature is optional: if your guests do not choose a slot, they are free to arrive during your usual opening hours.
  • And even if this feature is not used, the check-in email serves as a discreet reminder of your opening hours, sent the day before arrival.
